This website only sells mp3’s, pdf’s and hard copies of records and sheet music. All music on this site is written by me and is protected by copyright and other laws on intellectual property.

Personal usage 

The purchase of music is for personal and non-commercial usage only (excluding sheet music). Without permission you cannot change, publish, reproduce, transfer or exploit any of the music on this site. For each online usage of the music you need permission by the Dutch collecting society BUMA-STEMRA. By purchasing music on this site, you commit to this general statement. 

Sheet music and performances

When you buy sheet music, you are allowed to perform this specific music without any additional costs or permission, on account that you always inform me about your upcoming concerts. However, for cd recordings or for publishing your concert registration on internet, you do need my permission.

Return Policy
Physical products

I try to ship everything with with great care. If a product arrived damaged please mail me so I can solve this.

In general - you can return the products at own cost provided you haven’t used it and do it within 14 days. I'll reimburse the purchase price, not the shipping costs.

Purchases of digital content (downloads) are definite. You cannot cancel your purchase of a download.
